About Me

I am a nature loving native of Washington state who finds solace and happiness in the great outdoors. With an appreciation for nature and passion for hiking, I take every opportunity to explore and play outside. Beyond the trails I’m busy leading a dynamic and fulfilling life with my wonderful husband, raising two crazy adventurous boys.
I’m very much a people person who feels laughter and having fun are some of the best ways to enjoy life. I try and reflect this with my clients and create a safe and fun environment that keeps them motivated, even on days when they don’t feel like being there.

I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 20 years and have had the opportunity to train clients of all ages and fitness levels. In this time, I’ve learned a great deal about the different struggles and challenges that we all face and how they can affect our health, well-being, and motivation. Getting to know people, learning their stories, and helping them find the correct tools they need in order to succeed in their health and fitness journey is the most rewarding part of my job.

My Philosophy

I believe that being a personal trainer goes far beyond demonstrating exercises within a gym setting. I recognize that beginning a fitness journey can invoke a range of emotions from excitement and motivation to fear and self-doubt. That is why I make it a priority to listen to my clients' concerns, validate their experiences, and provide them with the emotional support they need to navigate setbacks with resilience. When obstacles arise, as they inevitably do, I feel offering support and practical strategies to overcome their challenges can help inside and outside the gym. Additionally, I strive to make workouts not just safe and effective but fun and engaging. I feel when people have fun with their workouts, they are more likely to stay motivated and committed to their goals. I strive to create a non-judgmental environment where people can overcome their obstacles, celebrate their successes and learn to make health and fitness a part of their lifestyle.

I've been working with Breezy for more than five years, and it's the best investment I've ever made in myself. She keeps it fresh by rotating a lot of different exercises (which have earned me some nice muscle definition, especially in my arms) and she's so much fun to chat with that or sessions feel more friends hanging out.
